Voting and clan features are free. Eligible Clan Leaders may purchase a time-limited city banner through Shopier. Card data never reaches or remains on Sancak.lol servers.

1. Service

Sancak.lol is a community entertainment platform where players cast daily votes for fictional peoples on a map of Türkiye. Map colors, banners, clans, votes and rankings do not create real property, political representation, an official election result, a financial investment, cash prize or resale right.

2. People, accounts and daily voting

• A player may choose one people for the active season and cast one free city vote per Istanbul calendar day.
• No account is required to vote. Google sign-in is required to create, join or manage a clan.
• A vote is recorded for its people, city and clan contribution at the time it is cast. A later clan change does not rewrite past votes.
• Bots, automation, fake accounts, security bypasses and artificial vote generation are prohibited. Suspicious activity may be reviewed and invalidated.
• Clearing browser data does not create another vote on the same day.

3. Clans and user content

Creating or joining a clan is free. Every clan has one Leader, up to one Deputy and members. Users must have the rights to names, logos, descriptions and links they submit. Illegal, misleading, hateful, malicious or rights-infringing content may be removed. Public websites and social links belong to third parties; private Discord and WhatsApp links are limited to verified clan members.

4. Paid banner features

Banner purchases are completed on Shopier in the exact currency and amount shown before confirmation. Each season locks one currency and one starting price for all 81 cities. A payment buys only time-limited banner visibility; votes, siege power and Vanguard draw odds are never sold.

An unclaimed city is protected until 21:00 on the Istanbul calendar day following a verified first purchase. Later transfer requires the rival people to win the vote contest, an eligible Vanguard Clan to be selected and its Leader to pay within the offered window. A higher payment alone cannot remove a banner.

Ownership, protection and increased city value end with the season and do not carry into the next one. No payment link opens when its full promised protection cannot fit before season end. Late or mismatched payments create no new-season ownership and are held for review and, where applicable, refund.

5. Season archive

A closed season may publish aggregated people votes, finalized siege results, banner-period counts and the public name or mark of its closing holder. Price, order and payment details remain outside the public archive and are retained only where required for support, reconciliation, legal duties and disputes.

6. Safety and access

Content, votes, sessions or clan access may be restricted for cheating, security abuse, unauthorized account access or prohibited content. Important rule changes are announced on the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, incidents or force majeure; mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
