For Google sign-in, people selection, daily voting, clan membership, banner payment or technical errors, use the subject “Support” and include your player name plus the minimum steps needed to reproduce the issue. Never send a Google password, card details or one-time security codes.

Security report

Use the subject “Security” for vulnerabilities or account abuse. Share the necessary technical detail without exploiting the issue, accessing other users’ data or publishing private information.

Content and rights

For a clan name, logo, description or link that may infringe copyright, trademark, personality or another right, include the city or clan, the content to remove, evidence of your right and a reachable email address.

Privacy and account data

Use the subject “Privacy Request” for access, correction, deletion or information requests. Include the relevant player or email account, a clear request and reply address. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership.
